Your mudroom is a disaster.

Shoes and boots scattered everywhere. Extra cleaning and paper supplies stuffed in a corner. Stinky hockey duffle bags and cheerleading outfits your kids were ‘supposed’ to wash. Wow – they don’t exactly have the ‘lemon-fresh-scent.’ Coats are stacked 10-deep. Your hooks are begging for mercy.

If only your prayers could be answered and a game-plan to create a mudroom organization system would magically show up to…

When you think about your mudroom what words come to mind? Is it neat, organized, everything’s in its place? Or do the words ‘blown-apart’ come to mind? Are you looking at piles of shoes, book bags, sports duffle bags and packages waiting to be put ‘somewhere’ in a jumbled mess?

If there’s one thing Winter is good for (and from this next statement you’ll know I’m NOT a big fan of snow), it proves how large much ‘yuckiness’ (and yes, that’s a technical term) can come into your home. It also proves how this season can blow up the organization you’re ‘attempting’ to create in your mudroom.
